2023 Plum High Band Handbook -- If you missed the informational meeting, please reference the handbook using this link!
1. Marching Band Google Classroom -- Incoming band students, sign up using Class Code o5ficzk to join. This is how Mrs. Loy will communicate!
2. Medical Form -- The following medical form must be returned completed by the start of band camp. Please bring it with you the first day of camp.
3. Band Shoe and Glove Order Form -- Shoes and Gloves are ordered ONLINE this year! Use this form to order. This online store will be open for us from Tuesday May 23rd through Monday, July 24th.
4. Music Boosters Membership -- Membership now includes show shirts, refreshments at games, as well as boosters membership. The Music Boosters are now using "Cheddar Up" to simplify the membership process. Membership, Volunteer, and Show Shirt Order Forms will all be streamlined to one link/process. Use the following QR Code to access it:

- Regardless of when your order is placed, shoes and gloves will arrive in a bulk shipment the week of August 1st (just in time for pictures on August 9th).
- ALL instrumentalists need shoes. All instrumentalists except percussionists need gloves. There are two kinds of gloves - grip and cotton. I recommend that brass players and saxophonists get grip gloves because it keeps the instrument from slipping out of their hands. I recommend cotton gloves for flute and clarinet players. I also recommend that you buy a few pairs of gloves (2-3)
4. Music Boosters Membership -- Membership now includes show shirts, refreshments at games, as well as boosters membership. 6. Lunch Form (OPTIONAL) -- If you choose to buy school lunch during camp, complete this form by July 1, 2023. *To pay, simply supply lunch code on the form.
7. Plum Music Gear Sale (OPTIONAL) -- Store is open May 2 - June 2, 2023. Delivery will be August 8th at the end of Band Camp.
8. Band Photo Form (OPTIONAL) -- Bring this completed form with you along with your payment; Pictures will be taken during Band Camp. (This form will be be distributed during Band Camp.)

Kennywood Off the Bus Form -- *If you are not riding the bus home from Kennywood (going home with a parent after the parade, taking your uniform and equipment with you in their vehicle), please return this form to Mrs. Loy.
